At Crofton Downs Primary School we have an open door policy and welcome parents to visit teachers and/or the Principal to discuss any details concerning their children or the school.

For teaching staff it is appreciated if an appointment can be made if the request is more than a quick question and answer.

We formally report to parents in the following ways:

February

Meet the teacher evening where the teacher presents to the group the general routines and programmes for the year. This is followed by a question and answer time.

March

Parent interviews, reporting the results of initial testing and setting goals for the following period of time (up to six months)

June

School wide individual profile sheets

June

Parent interviews are arranged to discuss the first half year and to set  goals for the following half year

December

End of year written reports
